For practices, MVZs, practice networks and billing offices
The Honorar is already in your notes.
It just never gets billed.
meda writes the notes from the consultation and finds the billing codes that would otherwise be missed. Your team checks, the doctor decides.
Works with your PVS

The problem
You already did the work. The payment never arrived.
Ten minutes with Erika M. on how to treat her diabetic foot, all of it in the note. The code for it, EBM 03230, never gets entered.
Your PVS holds the note and the code catalog. It never reads one against the other. In one practice, a single case. Across an MVZ with many doctors, the same pattern at every location, every day.
The hole in the pipeline
Your PVS knows what was documented. The KV knows what was billed. The Kasse knows what was paid. Nobody knows what your practice is owed.
How meda Billing works
The billing that follows from your documentation.

Who we serve
Practices, MVZs, networks and billing offices.
MVZs
Every location, one standard, one overview. One layer above every PVS you run today.
For MVZsIndividual practices
The codes that slip through a full day. Start today, no system change.
For practicesPractice networks
One standard for every member. Each practice keeps its PVS and its data.
For networksBilling offices
Partners, not competitors. Complete input from every practice.
For billing officesFor practices in many specialties
Two products. One chain.
meda Billing
The codes that would otherwise go missing. You approve every single one.
EBM, GOÄ and HzV, with evidence on every code. For practices, MVZs and networks, price per site on request.

meda Notes
You talk to the patient. meda writes it down.
The structured note comes out of the consultation; you correct it by keyboard or by dictation. €69 per doctor per month, excl. VAT, ready today.

Measured results
Publishes after the measurement · the method is already public
Why meda
Four decisions we won't reverse.
EBM, GOÄ and HzV by design
Three catalogues, one product. Not a translated layer on top of a foreign system.
The doctor decides, by law and by design
Not a stage on the way to automation. The final decision is the physician's, and we build around that.
Evidence on every code
Each suggestion carries the note line that supports it, and keeps the link after approval.
Above your PVS, not inside it
One layer across every system you run. No migration, and nothing goes back without your approval.
What holds before any practice data flows.
Processing under the GDPR, only on your instructions.
Our servers are in EU data centres.
Signed before any practice data flows.
meda Notes deletes audio after transcription.
Your practice’s data never trains AI models.
Every approved code keeps its link to the note.

Common questions
How accurate are the suggestions?
We do not ask you to trust accuracy. Every suggestion shows the line from the note that supports it, and nothing is billed until the doctor approves it.
Why are codes not applied automatically?
Because the decision is the doctor's, in law and in the product. meda suggests and shows the evidence; you approve, reject or mark it unsure. Only then does a code enter your PVS.
Will it work with my PVS?
Yes. meda works with any practice software (PVS). No switch, no migration.
How do you protect patient data?
Our servers are in EU data centres. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio is not stored. An AVV is part of every contract.
How long does it take to get started?
meda Notes has a free trial today. For meda Billing, a 30 minute call shows the review on your PVS.

Our vision
Doctors bring judgment, experience and time for the patient. AI brings patience for what comes after: checking every line of the documentation against every catalogue, every day. Together they make something outpatient care has not had before: billing as complete as the work behind it.
Our vision is a practice where no documented service goes unpaid and no code enters the PVS without evidence. Not more revenue at any price, but the full fee for work already done, with the doctor's judgment as the last step.
We are building more than a product. With practicing doctors we are working on a new standard for billing: open in its method, measurable in its results, published before the first numbers are in. A future where practices and MVZs close their quarter calmly, billing offices build on evidence instead of queries, and the evening belongs to the evening again.
